Our normal team consists of two housekeepers. On rare occasions, we send teams of three or four.
We provide all of our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your items, please let the office know beforehand.
To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and other household items before our visit.
We stand behind our work. If you're not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, we'll come back and re-clean it.
We are unable to set exact appointment times however you can set time parameters for your cleaning.
Yes, we will make every effort to have the same team clean your home each visit but it's not always possible due to illness, vacations or days off.
We do need electricity and water to clean so please make sure your utilities are still functioning.
For health reasons, our teams will not clean blood, feces, vomit or urine from animals nor humans.
Billing and Pricing
We charge all credit cards the day of the cleaning once all work is completed.
You need to change/cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. If your change/cancellation is less than 24 hours notice, we may charge a $35-$50 late cancellation fee depending on office location.
Email or call us. You can stop whenever you like. If you choose to cancel before your second visit, we will charge you $69 to bring your pricing closer to our "one-time" service offering.

Clients are either home, hide a key somewhere or provide a key for us to keep on file.
Sure, we are happy to keep a copy of your key and store it in our steel lock box in our office.
