Sometimes what you don’t use is as important as what you do use. Both can quickly scratch stovetops and stainless-steel refrigerators. That risk is not worth bringing into a customer’s home.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. MoreHands teams bring the equipment, microfiber towels, and cleaning products used for the standard service.
Why doesn’t MoreHands use abrasive sponges or steel wool?
They can help with difficult buildup, but they can also scratch surfaces very easily. MoreHands does not use them during regular service because the risk of damage is too high.
Does MoreHands use razor blades on windows?
No. Razor blades can scratch glass, so MoreHands teams do not use them on windows.
Can I ask the team to use my products?
Yes. Let the office know before the visit so the request and any special surface instructions can be added to the service notes.
A smaller kit works better when the team knows how to use it.
